Fred Jaehne

Fred Jaehne was a resident of Cambridge City, Indiana but was a regular player in the Richmond Civic Theatre in Richmona, Indiana - about 20 miles away. He played in one or two productions for RCT every year from 1941 until the 1951/1952 season when he moved to Florida. He was also in the cast of "Our Town", the very first production by the Richmond Civic Theatre in Oct 1941. He is not actually listed in any of the playbill's currently in our archive, but is given special mention, with the above information, in the October 1952 playbill for "Remains To Be Seen", the oldest playbill that we have for the company. In 1957 he can be found as living in Cocoa Beach and was the director of the Brevard Light Opera Orchestra.
