Herbert J. Krapp, architect. Built by the Chanin Brothers and traded to the Shuberts during the Depression (in exchange for the Century Theatre on Central Park West). Designated a landmark (interior and exterior) in 1987. The venue is lated at 247 W. 44th Street, New York, NY and has a seating capacity of 1,609.
