Richard Rodgers Theatre (1925-Present)
Herbert J. Krapp, architect. Built by Irwin and Henry Chanin but immediately leased to the Shuberts, who eventually bought it in 1931. The Nederlanders bought it in 1982, refurbished it, and renamed it the Richard Rodgers in 1990. The theater is located at 226 W. 46th Street and has a seating capacity of 1,380.
